Pork Ragout Recipe From USAINGREDIENTS:
600g pork without bones                                 
60g cooking fat
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
6 spring onions
3 potatoes, peeled and diced
pepper and salt

1 Salt and pepper the meat. Fry on cooking fat in a pan from all sides. Add little bit of water and Worcester sauce.

2 Dice the meat when almost soft. Add whole spring onions and potatoes. Stew until vegetable is soft.

3 Serve with steamed rice.
