Chickpeas Salad - Uzbekistan - Vegan
400 g boiled chickpeas
4 carrots 4-6 spring onions
1 cucumber
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 red pepper
salt and pepper
1 Chop carrots, onion and cucumber
2 mix it with chickpeas
3 add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with lemon juice and red pepper
This salad is suitable as a starter or can be served with lamb.
