Čorba Soup - Serbia
1 liter water
1 liter milk
400g potatoes
0,2 liter soured cream
1 tbsp sorrel, chopped
2 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
1 Peel the potatoes and cook them whole in salt water. Bring the milk to boil.
2 Poach potatoes and mix them with milk and sour cream.
3 Fry sorrel on butter and add it to the soup
4 Salt and pepper to your taste.
