Donuts - France
INGREDIENTS:
250g plain flour
8 eggs
120g butter, diced
0,25 liter water
oil
vanilla or cinnamon sugar
1 Place water into the pot. Add flour as soon as butter is melted and water starts to boil. Stir until you have smooth non-sticky dough. Leave dough to cool down.
2 Add eggs and stir it into the dough well.
3 Use spoon dipped in water to make small portions of dough and shape them into the balls.
4 Fry in hot oil until golden.
5 Serve coated in vanilla or cinnamon sugar.
