Kakri Ka Rajta Salad - India
INGREDIENTS:
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
20g mustard seed
10g cumin
10g pepper
salt
pinch of clove
pinch of cardamom
0,25 liter soured cream
1 Salt the cucumber to your taste and leave it for about 20 minutes, then remove excess water.
2 Fry mustard seeds, cumin, clove, cardamom, pepper on Ghee. Mix it with soured cream.
3 Mix soured cream with cucumber and stir well. Add salt to your taste.
