Mustard Cheese Truffles Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
175g/ 6oz cream cheese
175g/ 6oz Danish blue                                
1 tsp French mustard
pinch mustard powder

coating:
50g/ 2oz desiccated coconut

1 Blend together the cheese and mustards. Divide into 30 portions, roll in balls.

2 Put the coconut on to a flat dish. Coat the small balls in the coconut and chill well. Press a coctail stick into each ball
