Nadi - Saudi Arabia
1 kg lamb, minced
20g butter
2 tsp allspice powder
1 orange
50g walnuts, finely chopped
1 cup water
salt and pepper
1 Salt the lamb according your taste and fry in a pan on butter.
2 Add juice from orange and stew for approximately 15 minutes.
3 Add finely chopped orange rind, walnuts, pepper and allspice. Stir well.
4 Add water and cover with lid. Stew until soft.
5 Serve with rice.
