Nettle Salad - Armenia
250g young nettle leaves
2 tbsp walnuts, finely chopped
juice from 1 lemon
1 onion, finely chopped
parley, chopped
salt
1 Wash nettle leaves and place them into the pot with salt water. Bring to boil and then strain.
2 Crush the walnuts and pour over little bit of nettle water. Add lemon juice.
3 Place nettle leaves into the salad bowl and add walnut mixture.
4 Serve sprinkled with onion and parsley
