Sarma - Bulgaria
300g pork, finely chopped
8 cabbage leaves
200g rice
1 egg
1 white yogurt
salt and pepper
1 Mix pork with half cooked rice, 1 chopped cabbage leaf, salt and pepper and egg.
2 Wrap mixture into the cabbage leaves.
3 Place cabbage wraps into the pot and add water. Stew for approximately 60 minutes.
4 Serve with white yogurt.
