Onion Soup - Russia

INGREDIENTS:

1,5 liter water

3 big onions, finely chopped                       

50g butter

30g flour

salt and pepper

1 Fry shortly onions on hot butter in a deep pot. Sprinkle with flour and fry for little bit more.

2 Add water, salt and pepper to your taste and cook for at least 40 minutes
