Kimchi Recipe From KoreaINGREDIENTS:
1 head chinese cabbage, finely chopped               1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 hot pepper
0,05 liter oil
0,03 liter vinegar
salt

1 Mix cabbage, onion, garlic and pepper together. Salt to your taste and sprinkle with oil and vinegar.

2 Place the salad into the jar, press and put some weight on it.

3 Leave it to rest for at least 3 days.
