Stuffed Bread Recipe From BelgiumStuffed Bread - Belgium

INGREDIENTS:
1 wholemeal bread                                              
filling:
200g butter
salt and pepper
paprika powder
200g curd cheese
1 yellow pepper, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
20g mustard
6 pickles, finely chopped
parsley, finely chopped

1 Cut the bread in half. Remove the crumb.

2 Mix butter and curd cheese. Add salt, pepper and paprika powder.

3 Add parsley, peppers. pickles and mustard. Stir well.

4 Fill both halves of bread with filling mixture. Wrap in the foil and place in fridge.

5 Serve cut into slices.
