Marinated Gammon RecipeMarinated Gammon

INGREDIENTS:
4 gammon slices or thick rashers lean back bacon         
marinade:
2 tbsp honey
150 ml sweet cider
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp oil
shake pepper

1 Mix together all ingredients for marinade. Pour into shallow dish.

2 Add gammon in the mixture and leave it for several hours. Turn once or twice.

3 Lift the meat from marinade, drain and cook over a barbecue fire or under grill. Brush with any marinade left during cooking.
