Boršč - Ukraine

Typical Ukraine soup - Boršč for cold days.

INGREDIENTS:

Typical Ukraine soup - Boršč for cold days.
400g beef
250g pork
1 beetroot
1 onion
1 parsnip
1/2 celery
1 leek
1 bay leaf
8 seeds of allspice
1/2 lemon
2dl white wine
parsley, dill, salt, sour cream

1 Cook meat with sliced vegetables and spices.

2 Peel the beetroot and bake it in the oven till soft. Cut it into to the noodles.

3 Put wine, lemon juice sliced meat, chopped dill and parley in to the bowl and add broth with vegetables.

4 Add salt to your taste. Serve with bread and sour cream
