Cacimpero - Italy
INGREDIENTS:
400g cheddar cheese
4 mushrooms
2,5 dl milk
4 egg yolks
100g butter
20g butter
1 Dice cheese and leave it in milk for 2 hours.
2 Melt the butter, add cheese and 2 tbsp of milk. Stir, do not let it boil.
3 When cheese is melted, take it off the heat and add egg yolks. Stir while on medium heat.
4 Put the mixture into preheated porcelain bowl
5 Put sliced mushrooms stewed on butter on top of the mixture
6 Serve with bread and dry white wine
