Spinach Soup - Egypt


easy Egyptian spinach soup - vegetarianINGREDIENTS:

200g Fresh spinach or frozen              
4 dl white yogurt
1 onion
100g rice
1 l water
1 egg
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp chive
1 tbsp parsley
pepper and salt

1 Mix yogurt with egg, chopped chive and parsley, add pressed garlic.

2 Fry chopped onion on the oil, add spinach and after several minutes rice, water, salt and pepper. Cook until rice is soft.

3 Mix with yogurt
