Christmas Punch
INGREDIENTS:
1 bottle red dry wine
0.25 dcl rum
0.5 l water
1 tbsp cloves
whole cinnamon
100g brown sugar
juice from 1 orange
juice from 1/2 lemon
fruit ( apple, clementines )
1 Heat water and brown sugar in a pot on small heat. Add wine as soon as sugar melts, add cinnamon, cloves, rum.
2 Take a mixture from heat as soon as it's boiling. Add diced fruits. And leave it to settle for a bit.
