Glazed Mint Chops
salt and pepper
4 large or 8 small lamb chops
2-3 tbsp redcurrant or apple jelly
2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp chopped mint
1 Season the chops. Grill on both sides until almost cooked.
2 Blend the jelly, vinegar and mint together.
3 Spread over one side of the chops and complete the cooking, with the glazed side uppermost
