Jollof Rice - Nigeria
200g rice
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2 peppers
2 tbsp tomato puree
3 tbs oil
salt
1 chop onion, tomatoes and peppers.
2 Fry on pan with oil, add 6dl of water, salt and
tomato puree.
3 Add rice and lower the heat .
4 cover the pan with lid and stew until rice is soft
5 Jollof rice can be served with any meat
