Lamb Kebab - Kashmir
INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp coriander seeds
2 tsp cumin seeds
3 cloves
3 green cardamom pods
6 balls of black pepper
1 cm ginger root
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp chopped mint
1 chopped onion
400 g minced lamb
slices of lime to serve
SAUCE:
1,5 dl yogurt
2 tbs chopped mint
1 small grated cucumber
1 tsp mango chutney
1 fry coriander, cumin, cloves, cardamom and pepper without oil. Then crush it in mortar with ginger and garlic.
2 mix spices with mint, onion, lamb and salt and form little balls and put them on the grill.
3 mix all ingredients for sauce.
4 serve with sauce and slices of lime.
