Lamburgers
Everybody loves hamburgers but have you tried awesome Lamburger? You can make it same way as traditional hamburger or use this great recipe which gives your lamburger more taste. It is qiute simple and easy and taste just great....
450g/ 1 lb lean lamb, minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 bacon rashers, derinded and minced
salt and pepper
2-3 tbsp chutney
1 small onion, grated
little fat
1 Blend the minced lamb with the parsley, minced bacon, salt and pepper to taste. Form into 8 very flat rounds.
2 Spread half the rounds with the chutney and onion. Put the rest of the rounds on top of the filling.
3 Fry in a greased pan or in a little fat for 2-3 minutes, turn and cook for the same time on the second side.
4 Serve with vegetables, salad or on toasted soft rolls
