Swedish Baked Omelette
25g/ 1oz/ butter
6 eggs
6 tbsp double cream
salt and pepper
1 Heat the butter in a shallow ovenproof serving dish.
2 Beat eggs with the cream, salt and pepper.
3 Add to the hot butter and cook near the top of moderately hot oven 200C/ 400F/ gas6 for 10 - 15 minutes
