Banana Honey Yogurt Ice
4 ripe bananas, chopped roughly
15ml/ 1tbsp lemon juice
30ml/ 2 tbsp clear honey
250g/ 9oz/ 1 cup Greek-style yogurt
2.5ml/ 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
crisp biscuits, flaked hazelnuts
bananas slices to serve
1 Place the bananas in a food processor or blender with the lemon juice, honey, yogurt and cinnamon. Process until smooth and creamy.
2 Pour the mixture into a freezer container and freeze until almost solid. Spoon back into the food processor and process again until smooth.
3 Return to the freezer until firm. Allow to soften at room temperature for 15 minutes, then serve in scoops with crisp biscuits, flaked hazelnuts and banana slices.
