Cold Pineapple Soup - Chile
1 pineapple, peeled and diced
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp chili oil
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp grated almonds
salt and pepper
1 Crush the garlic with pepper, salt, oil, vinegar and almonds.
2 Stew the pineapple in a little bit of water and leave it to cool.
3 Mix pineapple with the rest and serve with ice cubes.
