Grilled Mackerel - Germany
4 Mackerels
400g canned apricots
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp Worcester sauce
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp tomato pure
1 tsp ginger powder
salt and pepper
1 Place clean mackerels without heads into the bowl.
2 Drain the apricots and mix them with the rest of ingredients.
3 Pour the mixture over the fish and leave it in fridge for at least one hour.
4 Grill the mackerels and serve with apricot sauce.
