Fried Camembert With Cranberries - Scandinavia
INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
oil
1 can cranberries
1 Whip an egg and dip pieces of Camembert into it.
2 Coat the Camembert in breadcrumbs.
3 Fry Camembert in a hot oil until crunchy outside and creamy inside.
4 Serve with warm cranberries.
