INGREDIENTS:
Home-made Pasta recipe
450g/ 1 lb strong or plain flour           
1/4 tsp salt
4 egg yolks
little milk

1 Sift together the flour and salt. Work in the egg yolks and milk to bind. Knead until smooth. Cover the bowl and allow to stand for at least 30 minutes. 

2 Knead again, roll out very thinly and cut into the desires shapes. Allow to dry in the air for some time, then use.
