Pork with Oranges - Thailand
INGREDIENTS:
600g pork, sliced into noodles
3 tbsp oil
6 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp finely chopped peanuts
1/2 tsp chilli
1/2 tsp coriander
6 oranges
lettuce
200g smoked salmon, chopped
little bit of glutasol
salt
1 Mix pork, coriander, chilli, garlic, peanuts and salmon. Fry on oil until soft, stirring all the time. Add glutasol in the end.
2 Cut unpeeled oranges into quarters, remove stones. Place them into baking dish with rind down.
3 Place the mixture with meat over the oranges and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
4 Serve with lettuce
