Fish Kebab - Tahiti
INGREDIENTS:
450g sliced sea fish
450g sliced salmon
2 oranges
1 grapefruit
bay leaves
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt and pepper
1 Clean fish and remove skin. Peel the fruits and separate them into pieces.
2 Place meat, fruit and bay leaves on 8 skewers.
3 Mix lemon rind, juice, honey and garlic and pour the mixture over the skewers. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Leave it in fridge for 2 hours.
4 Grill for 7-8 minutes.
