Spinach With Honey - China
INGREDIENTS:
4 spring onions, chopped
3 tbsp peanut oil
350g Shiitake, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
350g leaves spinach
2 tbsp dry sherry
2 tbsp honey
1 Fry mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add spinach and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
2 Mix sherry and honey and pour over the spinach mixture
3 Sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
