Chicken Ragout - Morocco

Chicken Ragout Recipe From MoroccoINGREDIENTS:
1 chicken, portioned
pinch of saffron
1 garlic, crushed
1 tbsp ginger
0,1 liter oil                                                          
2 onions, chopped
coriander
parsley, chopped
3 tbsp almonds, peeled and fried
2 eggs, hard boiled
salt

1 Mix ginger and saffron in oil, add 0,1 liter of water and cook until thick.

2 Salt the meat to your taste and coat with garlic. Add it to the mixture.

3 Add onions, coriander and parsley and cook until soft.

4 Add eggs cut into quarters and almonds.

5 Serve with white bread.
