Edo Sauce - Japan
INGREDIENTS:
1 radish, finely grated
0,05 liter soy sauce
0,2 liter white wine
grounded ginger
1 Mix all ingredients together. Stir very well.
2 Place it in a fridge for at least 3 hours
3 Serve with meat or fish.
