Kulajda Soup - Czech Republic
4-5 potatoes, diced
200g fresh mushrooms
0,3 liter soured cream
1 tbsp plain flour
4 eggs
dill
cumin
salt
1 Cook potatoes with mushroom in salt water with cumin.
2 When potatoes are soft add soured cream mixed with flour. And bring to boil.
3 Add dill and salt to taste.
4 Serve with white bread and hard boiled eggs
