Goose Liver With Apples - Hungary
INGREDIENTS:
800g goose liver, clean, washes, dry and diced
500g apples, cored and sliced
125g butter
1 dl Tokaji
flour
salt
parsley
1 Salt the liver, coat in flour and fry on pan.
2 When liver is done, remove it from butter. Add apples and fry.
3 Remove apples and add Tokaji into the pan, sprinkle the parsley and cook for a little bit.
4 Serve each piece of liver with slice of apple. Pour over the sauce.
