INGREDIENTS:
500g wholegrain flour
salt
water
Ghee see: Ghee घी - India
1 Knead stiff dough from salt water and flour. Roll out into a bigger cakes.
2 Smear the Ghee over it and fold. Roll out each cake and smear the Ghee over again. Fold.
3 Make fan shapes and fry on a pan.
