Ankara Salad - Turkey
1 cucumber, diced
2g fennel, chopped
1g peppermint, chopped
0,05 liter vegetable oil
0,25,liter vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
0,2 liter white yogurt
salt
1 Salt the cucumber and leave it for a bit. Remove water.
2 Mix garlic and fennel with vinegar, oil and yogurt. Salt according to your taste.
3 Pour the mixture over the cucumber.
4 Serve in the salad bowl sprinkled with peppermint.
