Beer Fondue - Switzerland

Beer Fondue RecipeINGREDIENTS:
500g beer cheese, grated
0,2 liter strong beer                                             
mustard
pepper
white bread, sliced

1 Heat the beer up in a pot. Add cheese, mustard and pepper.

2 Melt the cheese stirring all the time until mixture is smooth.

3 Leave it to cool little bit.

4 Spread the mixture on slices of bread.

5 Place slices of bread on hot baking tray an bake until golden brown.

6 Serve with beer.
