Potato Ragout - Germany
1kg potatoes, diced
100g onion, chopped
2 green peppers, cut into noodles
20g tomato puree
cooking fat
30g flour
0,5 liter stock
1 Fry onions on cooking fat. Add potatoes and peppers.
2 sprinkle with flour when peppers and potatoes are soft.
3 Fry for a little bit, then add stock mixed with tomato puree.
4 Simmer until almost all liquid is absorbed
