Bread Soup - Austria
1 liter beef stock
200g dark bread, diced
2 onions, chopped
20g butter
cumin
pepper
nutmeg, grounded
salt
0,1 liter red wine
1 Fry onions on a butter in a deep pan.
2 Add stock, salt, cumin,pepper and nutmeg.
3 Add bread and cook for 30 minutes.
4 Use food processor to make smooth mixture, add wine, soften with butter and heat up once more stirring all the time.
