Button Mushroom Pudding Recipe From AustraliaINGREDIENTS:
500g mushrooms, chopped                               
5 white buns
100g butter
3 eggs
0,25 liter milk
salt

1 Dip buns into the milk.

2 Fry mushrooms on half of butter.

3 Salt the mushroom, remove excess milk from buns and mix them together with mushrooms.

4 Place the mixture into oven proof dish brushed with butter. Pour over the milk and whipped eggs.

5 Bake until golden brown.
