Potatoes With Pineapple - Thailand
400g potatoes
8 slices bacon
2 tbsp milk
40g butter
4 slices pineapple, finely chopped
40g sugar
salt
1 Make mash potatoes.
2 Brush oven proof dish with butter. Place slices of bacon evenly in a dish.
3 Bring to boil pineapple, butter, sugar and pinch of salt.
4 Place mash potatoes into the dish with bacon. Add mixture with pineapple and bake for 15-20 minutes.
