Potatoes In Jacket - India
Dough:
500g flour
120g butter
salt
water
Filling:
500g potatoes, cooked and peeled
salt
curry powder
oil
1 Mix soft butter, flour, salt and water and make a dough.
2 Roll out the dough into the thin cake.
3 Divide the dough into square pieces. Place the potato sprinkled with salt and curry powder on each of them.
4 Cover whole potato with the dough and fry on oil until golden.
5 Serve with vegetables.
