Beef Pudding - Russia
300g beef
500g potatoes
4 onions, chopped
2 eggs
0,3 liter soured cream
oil
breadcrumbs
pepper and salt
parsley, chopped
1 Cook the meat and potatoes. Use food processor to make thick mixture.
2 Fry onions on oil until golden brown and add it to the mixture. Salt and pepper to your taste, add parsley and eggs, stir well.
3 Brush the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
4 Place the mixture in baking dish, Pour over the sour cream. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
5 Serve with bread.
