Shrimps With Pineapple - Kuwait
400g shrimps
200g rice
2 eggs
0,1 liter oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
pepper and salt
1 canned pineapple
1 Cook rice and shrimps separately until soft.
2 Whip the eggs, add salt and pepper to your taste.
3 Add rice and shrimps and fry on the oil.
4 Heat up pineapple and place it next to the shrimps portions.
