Djulbastija Recipe From SerbiaINGREDIENTS:
1kg veal leg, cut into 4 steaks                               oil
pepper and salt

1 Tenderize the meat. Salt and pepper to your taste.

2 Place the steaks one on another and leave it in the fridge for 6-8 hours.

3 Brush with the oil and roast.

4 Serve with the bread and chopped onion
