Steak Chateaubriand - France
INGREDIENTS:
80g cooking fat or oil
1 tbsp butter
0,1 beef stock
pepper and salt
1 Slightly tenderize steaks. Salt and pepper to your taste.
2 Heat cooking fat or oil in a deep pan and roast the meat from both sides for 7 minutes.
3 Place the steaks on serving dish.
4 Add stock and butter to the jus in pan and cook for a bit.
5 Serve with roasted potatoes and vegetables. Serve gravy in a separate bowl.
