Chilli Salad - Argentina
1 Cauliflower
20g mustard
0,05 liter vinegar
0,1 liter oil
chilli
10 olives, seedless, chopped
parsley, chopped
pepper
1 Divide cauliflower into small parts and cook in salt water until soft.
2 Mix mustard with vinegar. Add pepper to your taste.
3 Add chilli and oil and stir well.
4 Sprinkle cold cauliflower with olives and parsley. Serve with sauce separately
