Čimbur - Bosnia
500g lamb, minced
2 onions, chopped
4 eggs
100g butter
juice from 1 lemon
salt and pepper
1 Fry onions on butter. Add meat. Salt and Pepper to your taste and simmer shortly.
2 Place the mixture into the baking dish. Make 4 small holes into the mixture and break the egg into each of them.
3 Pour over melted butter and lemon juice.
4 Bake shortly and serve with fresh vegetables.
