Cheese And Potato Slices - Switzerland
1kg potatoes, cooked
salt
1/2 cup cream
3 eggs
250g cheddar, grated
1 tbsp flour
100g cooking fat or butter
1 Peel cooked potatoes, cut them into thick slices.
2 Brush the baking dish with cooking fat or butter and place potatoes at the bottom. Sprinkle with salt. Bake until slightly brown.
3 Meanwhile mix eggs, flour, cream and grated cheese into the thick dough. Pour over the potatoes and bake until golden brown.
4 Cut into the slices and serve with vegetables.
