4 pork chops
5 eggs 0,1 liter milk
flour
oil
salt
parsley, chopped
1 Make a dough from flour, milk, eggs and salt.
2 Tenderize ans salt pork chops, fry from both sides. Remove from pan.
3 Pour dough into hot oil and cover with lid.
4 When dough is half done add pork chops.
5 Cover with lid and cook until done
